Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are pleased to offer you an exchange in the form of a gift voucher.

The following goods are non-returnable

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Items that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Items that are on sale, only regular priced items can be refunded.

Jamais Vu (Pty) Ltd has the exclusive authority to decline returns of merchandise that does not meet the above specified criteria

Collection and Shipping

Get Ready to Receive Your Order: At Jamais Vu, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order is prepared and ready for you as quickly as possible. With an estimated completion time of 3-5 working days after payment, you can rest assured that your order will be promptly processed. If you opt for collection, your order will be available for pickup within 3-5 working days after payment, between 16:00-18:00.

We offer delivery services for your gifts across South Africa. Your gifts will be securely packaged and delivered using reliable courier services. While we strive to deliver within 2-4 working days, please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time due to our reliance on couriers. We will, however, keep you informed with the tracking details of your package throughout the process.

Stock Availability

We endeavor to maintain availability of our gifts year-round. However, there may be occasions when this is not possible. Therefore, Jamais Vu reserves the right to substitute an item for another of comparable value
